Extremely frosty, high mold resistance and a crazy appearance makes this cross a perfect plant for the guerilla grower.
This purple mutant results from a cross between a flavorful Berry Freak and a devastating Black Kush.
Despite the original Freakshow’s success, many felt it was missing that extra terpene punch that truly elevates the experience.
The Khalifa team joined forces with Califrosty Seedbank so as to take on an ambitious challenge. Our dream was to combine the insane fern-like leaf mutation with great flavor, potency, mold-resistance and beautiful purple colors. A challenging breeding project, to say the least.

Combining that many recessive traits took several years of hard work and dedication. Now at the F4 generation, the Frosty’s Purple Freak is consistently freaky, purple, terpy and potent.

For the first 3-4 weeks, this plant grows slow, as even the first leaves have the mutant fern-like leaves, but from then, there is no looking back and the plant can easily finish the same size as a regular plant.

Flowering is fast, with 55-65 days. As flowering progresses, the plant turns from green to a purple color. If grown with cooler temps in flower, the purple will be even darker.

Smell: berry and hashy – Later in flower the berry turns to very ripe berries.
Taste: Earthy, berry, bushy
Effects: First a short bodily high, then a heavy long lasting bodily relaxing. Good for pain and sleep.
